Herxheimer Reaction was created by Elena
When doing the MMS Starting Procedure is the Herxheimer Reaction almost always avoided? Or do some people still react this way?

Did you start with 1/4 Drop 8 times per day? I'm wondering if that helps at all.
Especially if just can't tolerate the full amounts, is some MMS better than not taking it at all? What would be the smallest amount that could be helpful?

Elena, if you have not followed the Starting Procedure, give it a try and see if you have any problems. Most people do not. If taking MMS1, be sure to activate MMS with 4% HCL and NOT 50% citric acid. The latter bothers some people.
When following Protocol 1000, the upper limit is 3 drop hourly doses. It is not necessary to reach 3 drop hourly doses if you can't tolerate that much. Some people have recovered their health from Stage 4 Cancers taking as little as 1/2 drop MMS1 doses.
Follow the HRP and heed the Three Golden Rules in the book and you will be fine.

Thank you for your reply CLO2. That is very encouraging. I have not started yet. I have Jim's newest book and have just ordered the drops and HCL activator. I am nervous because I have no one at home to help me figure this out. I am hoping I can be helped.

CLO2, of those that took 1/2 drop doses of MMS1 and recovered their health, what were the fewest hourly doses taken per day? Thank you.

I don't know how many doses were taken daily. The most effective number of doses is as many as you can manage daily and if possible, they should be consecutive doses. Besides ingestion, you can also use other MMS protocols at the same time. More than 50 MMS protocols are detailed in Jim's latest book.

Thanks very much! I do have the book and am waiting for my MMS order to be delivered. I did see that brushing the teeth with MMS is part of the starting protocol. I am also struggling from effects of long term use of incorrectly prescribed benzodiazepine anxiety medication which really should have only been prescribed short term. Am tapering this as well as taking an antidepressant so am hoping MMS will help me with this and also physical issues. It's hard to have hope.

Hi Elena. I’d be delighted to know if you manage to get up to the higher dosage. I’m now taking protocol 2000 hoping to manage lung cancer recently diagnosed. Am taking MMS2 but only up to 2 drops of mms1 and I worry maybe it’s
Not enough as I am so hoping for good result as doctors want to do chemo radiotherapy and I so don’t want that. Good luck with your own efforts
