Antioxidant food on 2000 protocol was created by Starman
I am on the protocol 2000 using DMSO orally as well, which I heard is possible to stay open for absorption into the blood stream between 6hrs up to 12hrs after ingesting one dose. [within the digestive track when used orally as well as on the skin when topically]. Which makes me wonder whether this helps to neutralize the effects of MMS1 when we're eating only antioxidant food like vegetables and fruits, cause the MMS is an oxidative process itself. Can anyone confirm how much can we eat or what. I've been a raw vegan myself since I was 8, and now at my 30's I am asking whether MMS can work in the body while still eating what I eat.

If you are following the HRP, on page 51 you will find a section called "Eating While On MMS Protocols".

The idea is to eat snacks between doses while following MMS protocols, and wait to eat a full meal one hour or longer after the last MMS dose of the day.

Large amounts of antioxidants can be a problem, not the amounts found in most foods.
