How do we create a mix of 4% Hydrochloric Acid + Distilled Water? was created by Starman

Are we supposed to prepare Hydrochloric Acid the same way as Citric Acid? in this case I would be using 4% HCT, so it is like 9 tsp and a half of water added?

If you have 4% HCL solution, you would mix equal amounts of it and MMS to make MMS1.

To make a 1 drop dose of MMS1, mix 1 drop of 4% HCL with 1 drop of MMS.
