Hello:
Can you tell me please:
- where to buy food grade pure monohydrate citric acid. If it is suitable for home preparation.
- where to buy pure food HCl (not muratic acid) for home preparation too.
Im asking because I would like to be able to buy in bulk and prepare the product for personal use. I think the price ffrom sellers of MMS has gone up quite rapidly and I need to treat myself while saving money.
I would like to order from European producers.

I haven't found "pure food" HCI in the USA, it's muriatic acid.

I buy citric acid at the grocery store. It's used as a cooking ingredient all over the world. Makes good chlorine dioxide.

I buy Hydrochloric acid 30% at the local hardware store. I dilute down to 4%. 1 liter lasts forever. Makes good chlorine dioxide. I do check for additives. Plain HCL and water. No color.
