Hi,
I drank green tea and coffee after 1 hours from
Mms (protocol 1000) i had a severe headache and speedy heart rate , mmm not a good feeling,
Just if anybody was wondering abt caffeine and mms, as well green tea is full of anti-oxidants.

I'd start out blaming the coffee for speedy heart rate. Low magnesium and potassium also causes hearts to play up, especially after drinking coffee. Did you take a painkiller for the headache? Some painkillers are known to cause heart palpitations, again especially if you're low on magnesium and potassium.
Low magnesium and potassium alone tend to give me headaches. And leg cramps at night.
MMS can cause headaches because of the detoxing.
MMS mostly calms down my heart though, not speed it up.
Hope this helps sort it out..
