Activated MMS

Hi there, I'm new to MMS. Please excuse me if I've posted in the wrong place. I've received a bottle of Activated MMS. I'm wondering if it's also called CDS? Does anyone know? I'm confused about how much to take. I received a syringe with 0.5 - 3.0 cc/ml. On another note it's very hot here and I have a beer or two in the evening ? Will these affect the function of the activated MMS if I take it in the morning and in the evening. Thanks in advance. Have a beautiful day!

Sounds like you have CDS, especially since they also included a syringe.
