iron levels high was created by Dawna
Both myself and my husband had high level of iron (180) in our recent blood test.... anybody else?
Any ideas on why? They've always been about 100 in recent years. We didn't eat more red meat than usual, we probably have it once a week. Funny that we both have the same reading. We both take MMS2 daily. I thought that chelates minerals out of our body.

I found out the reason - we both take vitamin B-12. B-12 is indirectly responsible for raising your blood iron level to keep it in a healthy range, in our case, we are a bit too high.
