I presume when you say "MMS" you mean 22.4% sodium chlorite solution.

In the past Jim Humble said the standard we should be using is 24 drops for each ml of solution. In his latest book he says 20 drops for each ml of solution.

Droppers are not very accurate and can vary as much as 2:1. At 24 drops/ml each drop would be 0.042 ml and 0.05 ml when the 20 drops/ml standard is used. Both can be measured accurately when dispensed with a 1 ml syringe.
