Hello, all, seeking guidance

Ex superhuman 46years young, contracted Japanese encephalitis 2009. Although no physical issues other than small motor skills sensitive eyes.messy hand writing and tiredness due to any travel. Very lucky to come out of this somewhat unscathed.

Had endurance issues ever since. Tiredness. Lack of focus. Trying this to find my mojo. Used to be very active and now everything is an effort. I do go to the gym and work out. Swim etc but no enjoyment and slow recovery with muscle fatigue.

Any suggestions
