Im new need help

Hi all im 22 yo and i have a lot of health issues im scared to go to the doctor because if they tell i have something bad i would fall apart but since reading about mms and about how it cures people can someone explain to me what i should buy and how to mix it because i click shop and alot of different things show up please help anyone thank you.

Sometimes I see doctors to get a diagnosis, but I don't use their drugs, etc. Once I know what is wrong with me, assuming their diagnosis is correct, I will look for non-medical ways to fix it, if that is possible.

Since you are new to MMS, you may want to read Jim Humble's latest book on how to use MMS, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

If you have any questions after reading that how-to-use MMS book, ask them here on the forum.

Always good to have a doctor available in case you break your leg.
