Cindy, I think you should start with low amounts of MMS1 topically as you seem not to be able to handle much CLO2 at this time. So, for topical dosing, try 3 drops of MMS1 (3 drops of MMS + 3 drops of activator & activate for 30 seconds, then add about 20 drops of water) and increase 1 drop daily until you have a problem, then reduce 1 or 2 drops the next day. Stay at that level for a few days and see what happens.

Instructions for Protocol 3000 start on page 96 in Jim's book.

My wife has a problem with the taste of MMS. I add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to each of her MMS doses along with the recommended filtered water. And yes, use fresh lemon or lemon juice that does not contain added vitamin C. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, lemon juice will reduce CLO2 in MMS1.

I too HATE the taste with the citric acid and YES DO not add OJ... add anything BUT a vitamin C drink. and steer clear of honey because of its very slight nutrition value.

If you are doing every hour, try half he amount every half hour or make your own CDS water. This is wonderful but I do believe that the MMS with HCL 4% is more healing than just the CDS water. Why? I don't know or understand but the WPT seems to help me and making the CDS removes this ingredient. I also take pool shock in the size 0 capsules, that I fill (one half of cap) myself with the pool shock I by at the local pool store.
