Thank you for the charts, I have a copy of same as a book mark for by journal I use to chart using mms usage, activity, meals, how I'm feeling physically and otherwise as well as other vitamins and supplements I've taken.
From the beginning many changes and all positive, little changes that one does not notice right away for example little cyst behind my ear, symptom of herpes (although I've never been diagnosed with herpes). I treated two episodes with mms and gone an haven't returned. What else?....of course the breathing better, and better from the very first day, yes ups and downs and learning curves and down right scary at times, but worth it. How could I forget the chest pains, tightness and a long term pain under left side rib cage, right on down the line they dissipated. As long as I'm saying this might mention mental clarity is better, mood is better, also during this time have stopped using Zoloft which I've used for years, having increases hot flashes but no other withdrawal symptoms or feel any different. I do notice my emotional health in general has improved in the respect of not experiencing a feeling of crushing defeat or despair type feeling just out of the blue episodes. I'm grounding myself more easily and open not resistant to change, another learning and turning corner in ones life I suppose. Yikes! I've written a book and haven't got started. Thank you so much. The rest of the "book" to follow but it may be in bits in pieces but then again that is how life provides.

AK, sodium chlorite mixed with an acid (HCl) is called MMS1. Those two chemicals also combine to make CDS and CDH using different recipes. MMS2 is Calcium Hypochlorite and is usually taken in capsules.

Margaret, If not a full blown book, at least write a long testimonial!

I have been testing and taking notes on MMS for years and may someday write a book. We'll see if that happens.
