Brushing teeth whilst building up to Protocol 1000

Hello, I'm so happy because my MMS liquids have arrived,so I intend starting tomorrow morning with the gradual build up. However, I have read I Jim Humbles Manuel that the teeth need brushing also, about 2-3 times during the day. Now in the Manuel it recommends a 5-5 drop solution in a 1/4cup of water. My question is does that apply to me just starting as well or do I use the same dilution as for drinking ......by making up 1-1 in 120ml or 1/2 cup of water?

Emmily, the first protocol you should follow is the Starting Procedure. This version of the Starting Procedure I wrote includes a chart to make the dosing schedule more clear to the first time MMS user.

You can follow the teeth brushing protocol while following the Starting Procedure.

On page 67 in Jim's new book it says:

Always begin with the Starting Procedure. Simultaneously, along with the Starting Procedure, get started with the Two Fundamental Steps which are brushing your teeth with MMS1 and using the spray bottle if any skin problems exist.
