Thyroid, hepatitis B, arthritis & interstitial Cystitis (Bladder) a

I am trying to find out which one of the list of products for me. I have been diagnosed with thyroid hypothyroidism in 2009 and in 2013 interstitial Cystitis (Bladder) and I have hepatitis B. Two weeks ago, I did find out I have arthritis and knee pain. I am 53 years old. I need to find out which products I should take that will help me everything.
