MMS AND DMSO internally

Hello, I am new to this and I once saw dr kalckas recommending one drop of DMSO to the MMS activated solution. Is that still recommended? What is the proper way to mix and drink it?

Jim Humble recommends to add DMSO to each individual hourly dose and not to a daily bottle.

The maximum recommended number of DMSO drops to MMS drops is 3:1

Is there clear instruction for using protocol 1000+ in a capsule? I can't seem to find out how to add DMSO to the capsule in Jim Humble's MMS Health Recovery Guidebook (2016). Thank you.

I don't know if DMSO can be added to a capsule with MMS1. You could take a second capsule with DMSO plus as much water that will fit in the capsule, at the maximum rate of 3 drops DMSO to each drop of MMS. And, you can take DMSO with some water without using a capsule.

The best way may be to add DMSO to the glass of water you would use when taking a MMS1 capsule.
