Mental herxheimer

I introduced someone with advanced throat cancer to mms. He was at 4 drops an hour in protocol 2000. He did not get sick or had diarrhoea but started to feel strange in de mind. Brought him back to 2 drops.
Because of the cancer is where the Carotid Artery Is Is it possible to get a mental herxheimer reaction?
