Activater Crystals

i just recieved my first order and Im having trouble finding the information on how to dilute the activator and how to start taking for general health... I am 59 years old a female and would like to stop a few degenerative things from happening or at least slow them down, anyone with answers and or experience would be welcome information. I purchased distilled water so I hope I'm on to how to dilute the activator. I'm not sure how much to add to the 4 fl oz, 125 ml bottle.

I've also received my first MMS order few days ago, and as I understood from the provider, you should fill in the activator with water till it almost reach the top, but make sure that you leave enough room for air so you're able to mix it all together.

melinda4him, I think you have citric acid crystals which will need to be diluted with distilled water.

Normally one would weigh the citric acid and water, but you can use volume measurements. You want equal volumes so the mix is 50% citric acid and 50% water.

You've mentioned distilled water, so a question just came up.
Is it safe to use / drink distilled water found in the car department? I don't have a water distiller yet and I was wondering if the warning on the product label is false.

Interesting question on automotive distilled water. I believe they use it in radiators. Wonder if something has been added to it. Next time I am in town, I will read the label on one of those bottles of distilled water.

I have been using a Megahome Countertop Water Distiller for a few years and it works very well.

I've read that they distill the water 3 times using the traditional steaming of water and then ionize it, that's pretty much it.
Also the false belief that we need the minerals that are found in regular water is wrong, these minerals are inorganic, our body doesn't need them.
The only minerals our body needs found in fruits and vegetables.
Distilled water is everywhere in nature (Long ago when environment was actually clean of pollution, chem trails , gas and toxins).

By the way, the Megahome Water Distiller is the exact one that I'm planning to buy.

I agree on distilled water and minerals. Some people add a pinch of real salt to a quantity of DW.

Problem with getting organic minerals from our food is they should come from the soil that food is grown in, but our soils are depleted so we don't get many minerals from food today. Organic food is normally grown in better soil, so that is another reason to buy organic.

The following is from Jim Humble's 2011 book:

To Make a 50% Citric Acid Solution:
Pack a cup or small bowl with citric acid powder (crystals), tamping it down to fill air holes. Dump it in a larger bowl. Then fill the same cup or small bowl with distilled or purified water and dump that in the larger bowl. The citric acid powder weighs almost the same as water and is close enough for the purpose. 75g of each will fill a 4 fl.oz. bottle. Stir until dissolved. You will notice that the mixture becomes cold. Then pour it into a bottle(s) with a drip style top for counting drops and label it 50% citric acid. Use it for activating MMS at one drop for each drop of MMS.

I don't know the weight or volume of the citric acid crystals in the bottle. If you can weigh them or measure their volume as Jim explains, then you can use the same weight or volume of distilled water for a 50% citric acid solution; 50% citric acid crystals and 50% distilled water.
