I have a fairly deep cut from a knife on my finger, which has not been closing up properly over a week’s time. So far, I’ve not taken it too seriously, just dabbed 70% DMSO solution on it, or 70% DMSO gel. Last night, I used some triple antibiotic cream because the area is black and hard. What would be proper wound care? Also, if one is using such a thing as an antibiotic cream, would it not be good to also put some DMSO on it since DMSO is a carrier and would help with the penetration of this “healing” agent.

It may be necessary to have stitches to keep the wound closed. Antibiotic cream may be helpful - I use it when I get cracked skin due to low humidity this time of year.
If you have CDS, you could apply that full strength followed by DMSO.
On page 76 in Jim's latest book, he talks about wounds and spraying skin.
