MMS1 or MMS2

My mother is suffering from Breast Cancer Stage 3 (a solid tumor on the left breast)
She has also IBS-C and whenever she takes MMS2, she has sever bloating and excess of gas in the bowel that causes high blood pressure and heart palpitation.

I wanted to try for her the MMS1 protocole instead of MMS2.

What do you recommend for this type of problem?

Any advice on local applications to dissolve the tumor?

Where can I purchase online the MMS1 protocol?

Regardless of the protocol you'll follow I would strongly suggests to check for any root canal issue, dental infection, particularly on the right side of the mouth. It is estimated that 73% of breast cancers are initiated and kept alive by dental infections on the opposite side of the tumor (Tumor on the right breast -> check for dental infections on the left side of the mouth and vice versa).
No dental pain does not mean no dental infections. Dental infections trickle down and keep tumors alive.

Start with the starting procedure (1 drop or less per hour every hour for 8/10 hours), a day or two later add MMS2 4 to 5 capsules a day between MMS1 doses and up the MMS dose every day.
One hour or two after the last MMS dose of the day move to essential oils (Frankincense, Myrrh, Clove) 4 to 5 drops in a 00 capsule top it with a base oil (Olive oil or jojoba oil or hemp seed oil), take another capsule (3to4 hrs after the first one).

Why essential oils? Was it described in your book? I couldn't find the place where it talks about these essential oils?

I don't have a book that I follow. EOs are proven, powerful anticancer products, especially Frankincense, Myrrh and Clove. I have used them and seen the results. I would suggest you check this site and search for EOs:

Just do not take them with MMS. EOs are very powerful antioxidants, take them after the last MMS dose.
