Im scared Im going to lose weight and nutrients if I take MMS for many months

I was talking with my doctor who is actually very positive towards MMS due it making your body more alkaline etc. However he said that whenever you do any kind of detox, you will always be susceptible to lose a ton of nutrients for a while ( which I obviously dont want if im gonna be taking this for i dont even know how long). Can anyone give me some better info on this please. Do you lose nutrients/ vitamins etc even if you dont experience the typical detox symptoms?

Why do you think you will lose weight while taking MMS? This is not a starvation diet! You can eat between doses of MMS, just not big meals. One hour after the last MMS dose of the day, you can eat anything and as much as you want and take supplements, too.

MMS protocols are not really detoxing - MMS is a pathogen killer. Yes, while getting rid of harmful pathogens, there may be some detox symptoms, but those should not last long. I was not aware that MMS makes our bodies more alkaline. Actually, if you try, and are successful at doing that, you will probably be dead. Read Jim Humble's newsletter on "changing" your body's pH.

The opposite is true with me. Since I'm always feeling good I have a great appetite and am gaining weight.
