Your book appears to have been translated from German; "Das MMS-Handbuch: Gesundheit in eigener Verantwortung" or in English, "The MMS Handbook: Your Health in your Hands"

Yesterday my mother tried this soaking feet protocol . 10 drops of mms witch 20 drops of an activator. For 30 minutes . She suffers from a number of diseases ( vertigo . Diabetes . Heart problems etc.) And today she tells me that she isn't feeling good. Vertigo increased its effects. Can it be connected with mms? As I'm aware the only side effects of overdosing is vomiting and diarrhea. Or maybe it's only coincidence?

I would try a lower dosing for her. Since she has many health problems, she should start with low dosing, even for external applications of MMS1.

Let us know how that works for her.

well. i started today drinking mms, 0,5 drop every hour. I started at 6 PM, now its 11PM. and i feel kind of weird slightly dizzy tired. i assume its normal (?) . i understand that the CLO2 leaves the body within an hour , however the toxins have been released and that's why i feel kind of off. did your first experiences with mms were simmilar ? although i assume you started experimenting with the substance before "a drop every hour " protocols have been introduced and those definitely had to be rough.

i've been thinking, is there a real danger that my mms purchased from a chemical factory is in some way contaminated / impure ? got this dilema - i'm not feeling good because it's working and i'm getting rid of toxins, or maybe its contaminated with orders substances that are not listed on the label ? mine NaClO2 was for 3,5 USD per 0,5 Liter - that's cheep - suspiciously cheep. the CAS number is 7758-19-2 though.

well i took lets say 6 servings yesterday. today I woke up, no stomach issues , however i feel a slight pressure on the temples of my head. its not pain by any means

I would mix MMS1 according to Jim Humble's ratio method, 1:1 and not 1:2 and see if that makes a difference. Also, keep dosing low for a few days and then slowly increase. As is said, "listen to your body."

i increased the the hourly dosage to 1 drop - feeling ok so far (no nausea ), as far as i know , the amount of water does't matter right ? in "my book" the new protocol 1000 is described as preparing a one day bottle - 8 to 24 drops and drinking 1/8 every hour. for the time being i prepare a "fresh" serving every hour with around 100ml of water - although when moving to 3 drops i would like to proportionally increase the volume of water to mitigate the smell / taste , for the time being its not that bad

Yes, I would increase the amount of additional water as your dosing increases. The suggested amount of water is usually 120 ml.
