Detox? was created by rhiardrouillard
This is day nine for me, day one of taking 3 drops per 16 oz of water. On day 6 I started getting the sniffles and I still have them, the kind where you stuff a Kleenex in your nose holes at night. lol I have some very bad teeth, at least 5 that are broken off at the gum line. One of them has flared up and is very painful. I'm wondering if it's because it's healing? I try to swish the solution around in my mouth when I drink it.

Just observed your dose and result.... it may be the healing as well. You need few days to determine the cause.
If u slow down the dose and it gets better, than is healing too fast when ur dose is stronger.

In Jim Humble's 2017 book there is a Teeth Brushing Procedure that can include using DMSO for problem teeth.
You say that you drink a 3 drop MMS1 dose with 16 fl oz of water. That is four times as much water as needed and could be diluting stomach acid which could reduce the amount of additional CLO2 that stomach acid would normally release from residual MMS (SC). Consider using less water with each hourly dose.

I'm confused. The instructions, I thought, said to mix the drops in the empty water bottles (16 oz) and the full dose was supposed to be 4 drops of each in 16 oz bottle and to drink 4 oz 8 times a day. Is this wrong? (I haven't done the full 4 drops yet except for one day.) Should I be putting in 12 drops in each 16 oz bottle? I don't think I could take the taste at that level.

Thanks for the clarification.
Jim says making fresh MMS1 doses each hour will be more effective, according to user feedback he has received. That may not be possible for someone who works, etc, so your all-day bottles can be used.
Following how you are making and dosing MMS1, each dose would be a 1 drop MMS1 dose each hour. You can increase dosing by using more drops per bottle. Yes, you are using 4 fl oz of water with each dose, which is correct.4 drops of each in 16 oz bottle and to drink 4 oz 8 times a day.
