I would like to confirm the protocol for cds115 please. also could the latest version of mms /cds be purchased in paper back or just e books?

Unofficial Protocol 115 is here . Protocol 101 (G2C approved for CDS use) is here .

Jim Humble's latest book is listed for sale here . Both print and ebook are available, but currently there is a payment problem.

Note that this new book only talks about using MMS1, not CDS or CDH. Andreas Kalcker has a CDS book, but so far, it is not available in English.

You may want to look at protocols found at Andreas' website here .
