I want to start using MMS
But i dont know wich foods i cant eant during the use of the mms i know that i cant use vitamine c or caffeine are there any vegetables foods that i must avoid because they have antioxidants do antioxidants inhibit mms?

I suggest that you get a copy of it and do it as said without fail.

What does not mention in the latest book should not be concern much by you as the book was based on over 20yrs of observation and feedback received from public respond over MMS usage experience.
