It is the most successful at eradicating malaria which is a very small parasite, much smaller than the cells of our body. I believe the reason why it's so successful with malaria is due to malaria's small size, which makes it vulnerable to being oxidized by the CLO2 molecule.

Larger, worm-like parasites which are multicellular organisms with cell size more similar to humans, are not able to be killed like malaria is.

I went to Nepal where I got parasites (diarrhea) and I cured them on the spot, one MMS2 capsule and it was gone.
