MMS 2 and inability to swallow capsules

My brother has stage IV cancer, and cannot swallow capsules. He can only drink. Are there other ways to administer MMS 2 to him?

In Germany a MMS vendor sells a 1% liquid solution, but only sends it to European countries. We have 90% powder form of calcium hypochlorite.
Does someone know how we could make a 1% solution from this?

Or would foot baths be a possiblity?

Correction:
We misread. The vendor in Germany sells 1% Sodium hypochlorite, so it's not MMS2.( He calls it MMS2.2)

Sodium Hypochlorite is household cleaner!

In the US a common brand is Clorox.

That is NOT MMS2!

It makes chlorine when mixed with water.

Don't use it!

MMS2 can be diluted and drink it, it may not be nice to drink it but is up to the individual demand, if you want to have final chance, then one can drink it.

I have drink numerous of time and begin to get used to it... is up to one to get used to it.
