newbie Need help/simple instructions

I am having a hard time figuring out the instructions, and all the math, and don’t want to use MMS improperly. I need some simple step by step instructions on how to mix up an activated solution and the protocols for using it in enema ( start with 32 oz. water & ¼ drop activated solution?), neti pot, douche, foot bath , dental use and eye drops. I have a bottle of 28% sodium chlorite, a bottle of 50% citric acid and lemons. I thought I was ordering the regular MMS solution (24%?) but I received 28%. Thank you for any help.

I am hoping the MMS will help with systemic parasites & infections and neurological problems..
