Starter protocol

I am ready, I have the MMS from Australia and have read all the book's but I am a little confused about how to start. I also have looked at Youtube. The Protocol 1000 in Book 2 June 2011 seems to be the last starter protocol. Has there been any refinements since June 2011? I have nothing wrong with me but just want to clear out any bad stuff and be healthy. So what should I do to get started and for how long.
