I want to travel to south America for around 1 month, I've never been to any country in South America and was wondering which countries are particularly friendly / good to visit for people interested in natural health, MMS. DMSO, etc ?

Are there any countries in south America were you can also go to help as a volunteer helping locals with their health issues?
