ovarian cyst

I am dealing with ovarian cysts. I have seen the video about Kashambra and her healing. I would like to do the castor oil tampon and would like to know how long to leave it in? .. over night?...or do I change it more often? Can I start with the tampon or do I have to do many weeks of P1000 and 2000 first? I am currently doing Protocol 1000. It has been about 2 weeks. Do I have to do 6 weeks of douche and tummy rub with CD and DMSO? The reason I am asking is because I am currently homeless and cannot do everything she did living in my vehicle. I need help ASAP as my bowel is getting blocked and I cannot afford to let that happen. I am very close to the edge of having to have AMA medical intervention and desperately dont want to go there. If anyone has any suggestions or more info I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all so much! I wish you well!

Does Mark have a book? Do you know if there is a book list? I have a number of the books but not currently accessible. I am going to see a naturopath on Thurs to see what he says. Is it OK to mention MMS?
