Daniel's new attorney has filed a superb 47-page Motion + 400 appendix pages. This is very significant to Daniel, his family and particularly his Mother...who is in critical condition, too weak for heart surgery and on dialysis.

Daniel's actual primary Motion for the Justices to Reverse or Vacate the conviction entirely is in the future.

So, please note:
This Home-Confinement Motion, filed Tuesday ~ if approved ~ would be extremely important for the following reasons:

• It would free Daniel from the horrid imprisonment;
• It would send him Home where he would wear a monitor (often with this ~ a person is allowed out of the house - with set curfew hours);
• Allow Daniel to meet with his attorney and assist him in a myriad of ways in preparing the Primary Appeal Motion which will be heard in the future (hopefully Near Future).

This is critical prayer time. Daniel's unjust nightmare began when he and his associates were indicted on Jan. 25, 2013 and immediately arrested. For 2 1/2 years He languished in his home on monitored House arrest. He could leave home but was on a daily curfew, with which he faithfully complied.

His mid-May trial lasted a week with the Judge refusing Daniel his Constitutional right to put on a defense. Daniel was not allowed to hug, say goodbye or even look at his loved ones. In handcuffs he was rushed to detention that very day. As of today, July 19, 2016 'His unjust days in jail/prison now add up to: 1,276.
