Edwin3110, why are you asking the age of our copies. When we payed for our versions of MMS Health Recovery Manual we were prommissed a free email copy of the new verion. This still has not happened. Why?

MMS exist for more than 10 years.... so how do i know when one brought it and MMS has evolved so much.... so asking such is to know to help guiding you all....

As for you Paulinalex.... your version does not differ much to the latest one, only more informations contains, so dun worry as such unless your needed protocol is not contains.....
