mms1 coffee and food was created by lila108
Hi,
I have a couple questions:
1. I have been told I can drink coffee in morning then wait two hours to take mms while on hourly protocol 1000; however I am concerned that the anti-oxidants in the coffee stay in the blood for longer and are rendering the mms ineffective....does anyone know based on anecdotal evidence or personal testimony that waiting the two hours is sufficient or not?
2. I have heard that if you have food in your stomach while taking mms that the mms will not work on your health problem because it will remain in the stomach working on the food and won't reach other parts of the body. Anyone know for sure about this?
3. If food is a concern on the hourly protocol, what about taking the mms every two hours? Could that be sufficient?
Thanks,
Lila

Good questions, Lila.
1. Coffee before starting MMS protocols. Personally, I would not do that, instead drink coffee 1 hour or more after my last MMS dose of the day. Same for Vitamin-C as I have read that Vitamin-C can stay in our blood a long time.
2. Food in stomach while taking MMS. Not only might the CLO2 from MMS be working on food instead of our problems, gastric acids will be breaking down food instead of activating the MMS that was not activated outside the body, when we made our MMS1 dose. Jim suggests small meals or snacks between doses of MMS1.
3. Since CLO2 from MMS1, CDS and CDH lasts about one hour in our bodies, we dose hourly. That way, critters we want gone will have a hard time sticking around if we keep the amount of CLO2 high. Don't give them a chance to re-group.

At least CDS is not looking for further activation like MMS1 requires. But, still better to eat small meals/snacks between CDS doses.
