Basically just wondering if well water is ok to use for taking the mms? I didn't have distilled water and so I used well water....

I often use filtered well water for dosing, but when making MMS (22.4% sodium chlorite solution), CDH or CDS I make and use distilled water. This is the distiller I use and it has been very reliable. This company has an excellent reputation. I have no affiliation to the company.

You can check your doses for CLO2 concentration (ppm) with test strips if you think your water might be a problem.

Thanks, I'll check out the tests strips. I feel like well water shouldn't be a problem since it doesn't have the chlorine, but some might be heavy in minerals that might not interact well. Mine is pretty soft luckily....but the strips will tell what's up.
