hi ev1 hope you are all getting better
i started on half tab mms2 4x daily and now i have been taking 1 tab in a capsule 4 x a day, for 2 days and my mouth is continually dry and i ache all over more than usual. should i reduce the doses back to half or persevere with 1 tab 4x a day. i am leaving 2 hours inbetween doses. i start at 5am then 7am. 9am 11am. because being diabetic i cant go without food to long so i am able to start eating after 1pm and take my meds. would mms2 interfere with all the meds i am taking or would the meds stop the mms2.
(i am hoping to stop taking them once mms2 has helped me}

Jeff, you can eat small amounts of food in-between doses of MMS1 and MMS2. This is explained in Jim's new book.

i am drinking a half uk pint distilled water which i think is around 8-10 fluid ounces. i did see somewhere to drink at least 8 ounces, maybe i am drinking to much water with it.
