MMS Bath was created by paulindalex
What 'Soap' can be used when taking a MMS Bath that does not interfere with this MMS process?

A MMS bath is not a normal bath, it's only to get chlorine dioxide (CLO2) or hypochlorous acid (HOCL) into your body via skin.
So, soap is not needed and should not be used.
From Jim's newest book :
As you can see, there is more to using MMS in a bath than you might think. I suggest you follow the Bath Protocol in the book as it's the most up-to-date version of the protocol.

Note: For MMS baths do not use water with chlorine or fluoride in it. Try to find out if your tap water contains chlorine or fluoride; if it does, use a reverse osmosis water filter or buy purified water in large bottles, in which case you will need to heat the water.

A question I have about the baths is how quickly is the CLO2 absorbed by the body?
I have seen a video browsing on here where a guy tests a tap water sample with a chlorine test strip while at the same time his hand in another beaker of the same tap water, which he tests 10 seconds after and there is no chlorine present, so im wondering what the absorption rate of clo2 is
