Is Almond milk OK to drink during time of doses.

I read to AVOID milk during doses. I drink Almond milk which I feel is nothing like milk. Is it OK to drink it in between doses?

Just a newbie here, but just to be sure you are not slowing down the MMS with a liquid with vitamin C in it you could test the almond milk with the test strips and see if it reduces the color compared to your regular 4 Oz doses.

In other words if the regular dose color comes out to say a 25PPM, but the same dose mixed with the almond milk instead of water comes out to something less than 25, (less greenish on the test strips) then the almond milk is reducing the effectiveness of the MMS.

But in any case you could still take the almond milk 2 hours after the last MMS dose of the day and be fine.

It is really important to make sure you are not drinking almond milk with carrageenan. It causes severe inflammation. Another classic example of taking something that is good for you (algae) and processing it and making it totally toxic for your body.

In the USA - SILK & ALMONDBREEZE are carrageenan free. My only concern was if it cancelled out the MMS. I don't think it would as it does not contain any cows milk.
If you drink cows milk at all that is something you need to learn about - it is one of the worst things you can put in your body.

If you have some chlorine dioxide test strips, you can easily check a dose with and without almond milk.
