Please help - Dosage for cat

I would absolutely love some help on the proper dosage for a smallish cat. He weighs 11 pounds (5 kg). I have been searching the internet for a while trying to find the right information but it seems to vary so much with animals on how people are administering it. I am now completely confused now and am in need of help!

I have a new kit here at home with MMS1 & HCI 4%. My cat has long term health problems with GI issues, parasites & inflammatory bowel disease etc. I want to start ultra low but am unsure how much I need to dilute it with water.
