I wonder if Jim Humble or one of his ministers or guests have an antidote to kill rodent mites

Check out a question that was answered over on the G2C Research forum that has a similar answer:

MOLD REMOVAL FROM CLOSET The same CLO2 gas idea might work for your car. Heed the warning about not occupying a vehicle or room when using CLO2 gas.

You could also try Protocol 3000 for mites on skin or in hair. Note that hair might change color when sprayed with CLO2.
