MMS on Empty Stomach vs after food

Is there any major benefit to having MMS on an empty stomach?

I took 2 drops of MMS with 2 drop of citric acide and feel so nauseous now.
I had a pain in the muscle / ligament of one arm which I believe is caused by an uprising of bad bacteria and within 30 minutes of taking the MMS the pain had gone, but feel very nauseous

Does taking MMS after food greatly reduce it's effectiveness and does does MMS with HCL instead of citric acid also make a big difference to stomach upset when taking MMS?

Many people can not tolerate citric acid. Try using 4% HCL. HCL is the natural acid in our stomachs.

MMS effectiveness is reduced when food is in a stomach. Eat small amounts of food between MMS doses and wait until one hour after the last MMS dose of the day to eat a big meal. You can eat one hour before the first MMS dose of the day.

And, if you have not taken MMS for a while, be sure to start with low does and work up to tolerance.

Where can you buy 4% Hydrochloric acid solution from in the UK?

all I can find is 36.2% in huge quantities.

Leon sells it. He is in the UK. Or you can buy some of that 36.2% in huge quantities, dilute it down to 4% and go into business selling it.
