Advice please was created by lulu66
Hi all

I was hoping I might get some feedback on what I'm experiencing as a newbie to MMS.

I started the Protocol 1000 6 days ago, my intention was to detox, to clear out any pathogens, fungus' etc I might have. I have no particular illnesses, except Candida which I keep in check mostly. Since starting the protocol, I've had low level nausea and have felt very very tired, like wiped out tired. I have stopped taking it today as the tiredness and nausea is preventing me from doing my work.

Am I experiencing detox symptoms? is the dose too high for me? Should I persevere? there might be no connection but I was just wondering...what do you guys think?

thanks
Lulu

HI!
Definitely lower your dose! You should not have to experience discomfort on the protocol. Let your body rest for a day and recoup. Start with 1 drop and if all goes well for the day then try 2 drops the next day. If to much and not feeling well again, rest, recoup, and start lower again. You may have to up it by even 1/2 drop.

Just as an animal should feel no discomfort so for a human.

Using the search box in the left hand column should provide a great deal of info as a lot of people write in about their candida problems.

Hopefully others with experience with candida will chime in!

All the best to you!

LuLu, I would recommend that you follow the Protocol Starting Procedure before starting P1000. The Protocol Starting Procedure is recommended by Jim in his new book.

Tiredness is common when starting MMS1.

Let know how this change works for you.
