Daniel Smith Convicted for Selling MMS

How curious, no charges that MMS is dangerous, only mentioned in the article, not in the verdict. What a stretch! Interstate commerce, victimless crimes? Where is the victim? There is no common law. There is no constitution. Jury rights are truncated. There is no justice in these courts!

Daniels lawyers should be immediately fired, new trustworthy unbribed lawyers hired, appeals filed, and let's pray that Jim Humble will take personal interest in the next trial, not expecting any justice, whatsoever, without a knock down drag out fight.

Daniel's heroism has proven a very very important and heroic point, not about MMS, but about the FDA and its determined vendetta to save the pharmaceutical industry from total obsolescence at any cost.


Daniel wanted justice. That is why he submitted himself for scrutiny. The "jury" is in on that now. There is no justice when facing the FDA.

The level of misguided information is mind boggling.

A simple google search will reveal several approved products in the US alone that are approved formats of pathogen control, especially in dentistry and food(Meat)industries. It is also used in City water treatment, as it is more effective and (get this) less dangerous to use!

Fact is – the compound is even generated in the body as a natural defense, but decreases with age due to toxification. Why should people not be allowed to use the material?

How many deaths have been reported in the history of this disinformation campaign? None I posit.

My question then is – “Who is protecting who in this misguided information war on health (or should I say profit?)?”

We will see if they publish it, as I have had a spat already with the site monitor (a Doctor of course) on a previous disinfo article.

Reminds me of how rabid the state can be about raw milk products, even tho the dairy was certified clean also by the state, against the then all natural raw milk dairy [ alta dena dairy ] in california. Attack attack attack....just non-stop...it was horrible. [ as I'm sure it was designed to wear the person down.
The state just fabricated lies and just would not stop the attack!!!

They subsequently caved into the non-stop insane attacks even tho the DAIRY WON a lawsuit against the state!!!
But it didn't stop them, they hardly blinked!!!!
FWIW, most lawyers are incompetent!!! They simply learn procedure, and not much more. One has a 6% chance of winning a case with a liar/lawyer, and a 16% chance alone without representation. [ it's a rigged game ] but if you study, or purchase jurisdictionary or the george gordon courtroom procedure and strategy course, or similar, one has a way better chance than with a dirtbag lawyer.

I know I know, not everyone has the nerve to try to pull that off. But if one has had enuf of the cockamamie lawyers and are fed up....better to do it yourself.
