Hi all,
What is the best methods to get rid of black mold in walls and floor? Should I spray activated mms and how many drops? Or should I put activated mms in bowl in the sealed off room and let thegas take care of it? How many drops and how long do I leave it for? And should the tenant leave the premises??

Jim's 2011 book says:
If the mold is confined to a small area, build a plastic tent to contain the CLO2 gas similar to the Bag Protocol. Also, search this forum setting the date range to "any date".
One should not breath the CLO2 fumes.
High humidity and lack of ventilation can allow mold to grow.
After Hurricane Katrina, a circus tent over 7 restaurants that are being fumigated with ClO2 gas for 3 days. The ClO2 removed all fungus, mold, insects, and odors. All fabrics and woodwork were unaffected.
