Hello,I would like if someone could help me, i have bought DMSO 99.9% I want to make it 70% what is the formula i want to make 1 oz.

Double check the % DMSO you have. My experience is that (for some reason) many distributors list the 99.9% purity but later indicate it's actually 70% concentration.
CLO2(the member) has created a spreadsheet which calculates volumes needed to produce a specific concentration. It's easy (just fill in the blanks style) and it also calculates the volume of DW required to give a desired finished volume. You will have to install "LibreOffice" an alternative to "Microsoft Office" but it's free (open source project)
