Brand new to MMS; questions on food and 8 hour protocol was created by hkp901
I just started on MMS. I am testing it on me before I give it to my 7 year old who has Lyme and Mycoplasma. I am curious how to handle to food aspect if you choose to do hourly doses, since food steals away the oxygen for digestion and lowers MMS's effectiveness. (I think I heard Andreas say that on one of his videos.) I know my son will not go 8 hours without eating. Thanks!

Sorry it has taken so long for my response. I have recently reopened my church to help a brother purify his body. Now to answer your question. You have a few choices when it comes to meals and snacks during the day. The standard sacrament of water purification is to use 3 drops each hour mixed into 4 oz of water. It is ok to eat after 1 hour has passed. Then, after eating wait an hour to take the next sacrament. Most foods and liquids which you buy have some degee of bacteria in them which the sacraments are purposly designed to destroy.
