but when I mix up the 2 drops of activated MMS for (nasal/lung) breathing is that one drop MMS+1 drop 50% citric acid
or
2 drops MMS+2 drops 50% citric acid?

Also for the 3 drops/hour; do I mix 3 drops of each (which would make 2 doses) or (how would I get 1.5 drops of each?)

An "Activated Drop" is the mixture of 1 drop of 28% Sodium Chlorite mixed with 1 drop of either 4% HCL or 50% citric acid. (there is also the ancient protocol (not recommended unless no choice) of 5 drops of lemon juice to activate the 28% SC)

So you're only counting the 28% SC drops as a dosage (although there is actually twice the volume)

Thanks fourfingerz, "twice the volume" was my sticking point. If this was answered previously I guess my search was not done correctly.
Hoping the Protocol 1000 and the breathing can help mitigate too many years of smoking.

Hi Question. Welcome to the forum.
Be careful with the breathing. Suggest you add 1/4 cup of water to the activated dose to slow the gas production and not choke yourself. When you've had enough breathing, add a cup or more of water and drink it . That way none is wasted.
Expect to do a lot of coughing. It may take a year or more to clean your lungs. Patience and perseverence!

A few breaths of less concentrated fumes sounds good and less scary
40+ years of abuse won't be fixed overnight and I like the idea of starting a little slower.
Very impressed with the level of caring here and with the responses I've read on others' posts.
Just finished Jim's MMS of the third Millennium and this has opened up a whole new world. Can't wait to get started and have something I will have verified myself to share with others; should get my supplies any day now.
