Douche Protocol

Can someone help me understand if the douche protocol is still recommended? I notice the directions are nowhere on this website, yet it still shows up in the Protocols. I am trying to rid of fibroids and endometriosis using MMS and would love more information.
I also do not see any testimonials about either of these, so I'm concerned that maybe it doesn't work for this?
I did see on another website to use CDS. Is this supposed to be better or safer than MMS? Please help!
