Been on mms1 since june
and on mms2 since end of august

my body is full of hives and itching.

could mms be the cause of it?

I have not heard of anyone getting hives from it
Have you taken ibuprofen? It gives me the hives in less than an hour

it wasnt the mms indeed.

after some experimenting found out its nigella sativa.

I will look it up. Thinking you may be having healing reaction and your body is getting rid of it. Some things need to come out before going away. :)

i overdosed the nigella sativa (black cumin)
i have them in capsules (500mg) and took 3 times daily 3 capsules.

now i take only 1 capsule a day and have no allergic reaction.

Never heard of black cumin producing an allergic reaction..
May have been the healing response to it.
