CDS enema without water enema before that?

I am too weak to do a water enema before the CDS enema so can I just do the CDS enema and expect good results? Sure, some of the CD will interact with some fecal matter but some will do the job it's supposed to do, right? Does anyone do (or know anyone who does) MMS/CDS enemas without a water enema before that and still testify to having positive results?
