CDS and Constipation? was created by edco
I'm not new to MMS, I've gone through the protocol 1000 successfully years ago.
Now I've tried CDS for the first time and it went well (I've used only small Clara-Protocol doses).
But since I'm taking 24 drops CDS daily before bedtime I'm experiencing a severe constipation.
I'm hoping that this could be a kind of die-off reaction, but I'm afraid that I may have killed off "good" gut bacteria (is that even possible?).
Any advice?
Thank you!
Eddie

MMS does not kill the "good gut" flora. (It has to do with the oxygen reduction principle or ORP of the two things - they don't attract each other. THat said, I have, on occasions, noticed a little dehydration - and, of course, dehydration will make you constipated - so I always try to get enough extra water with each dose -
